Beaver Clan Mexican Chocolate (Adult Only)

Delicious dessert recipe.


2 Dark chocolate bar  ( I use a godiva / so it is not as sweet or you can use Baker’s semi sweet) I always keep shavings aside for garnish. 

Whole milk ½ Gallon

1 cup half and half

1/2 cup Kaluha

1 cup RumChata 

In a large heavy saucepan , over low heat , add milk and half and half , shave the chocolate bars and stir constantly until chocolate melts. I use a wire whisk. 

Once heated thoroughly , slowly add the Kaluha and RumChata, whisking so it does not curdle.


Serve with whipped cream, and shaved chocolate.  ( great for after dinner)
