SCOTUS has delivered several decisions that have been sand in the crankshaft of the leftist’s lawfare program. Reality checks are painful for the delusional.
The SCOTUS just told the government they can't do this.

Bette “You’re Scared of Our Vaginas”
Singer-actress Bette Midler, star of Disney’s Hocus Pocus 2, has released a Wizard of Oz parody song that attacks the Supreme Court, singling out conservative justices for ridicule by claiming “you’re scared of our vaginas.”
Bette Midler’s song is part of the left’s ongoing effort to discredit and delegitimize the Supreme Court over decisions Democrats don’t like, including the reversal of Roe v. Wade and this week’s decision on presidential immunity regarding former President Donald Trump.

Sentencing in Trump Manhattan Case Delayed
🚨

Bragg's case against Trump now crumbling:
Manhattan Prosecutors Agree to Delay Trump’s Sentencing
"Although the Manhattan case does not center on Mr. Trump’s presidency or official acts — but rather personal activity during his campaign — his lawyers argued on Monday that…
As the NY Times notes, however, Trump’s lawyers are likely to argue that prosecutors partially built their case using evidence from his time in office. Under the Supreme Court’s new ruling, prosecutors may not charge a president for official acts, but also cannot cite evidence involving official acts that affect other accusations.
It is unclear how the Manhattan district attorney’s office, which brought the case, will respond, or whether the judge will delay the first sentencing of an American president. But Mr. Trump’s effort appeared to cause at least a brief interruption: The district attorney’s office did not on Monday make a sentencing recommendation to the judge about whether to imprison Mr. Trump, as was expected.
Merchan may also punt on the request, as the deadline for filing post-trial motions ended last month. Instead, Merchan may instruct Trump’s attorneys to raise the issue when they appeal the conviction post-sentencing.
Humper In Da House, Da White House
JUST IN - Hunter Biden has joined meetings with President Biden and his top aides this week at the White House, reportedly the reaction from some senior White House staff has been, “What the hell is happening?” - NBC News

The White House said that President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was in a meeting with advisers on Monday to prepare for a speech later that day.
“He came back with his dad from Camp David, walked him into the speech prep and he was in the room. I can tell you he was in the room,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said when asked about reporting that Hunter Biden was advising his father.
NBC reported that Hunter Biden has joined meetings with the president and top aides since the debate Thursday. The president’s poor performance in the debate has led to shock and panic among Democrats, with some operatives, former aides and a House Democrat calling on him to step aside.
Clarence Thomas Refutes Validity of Jack Smith Role as Prosecutor
Justice Clarence Thomas wrote a concurring opinion to Monday’s Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity questioning the constitutionality of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment, suggesting not only is the office invalid but Smith cannot legally hold it.
Thomas’s nine-page concurrence suggests that Smith’s appointment is unconstitutional and that lower courts must tackle this issue. He questions whether Smith’s appointment itself violates the Appointments Clause of the Constitution as well as whether “any office for the Special Counsel has been ‘established by Law,’ as the Constitution requires.”

More Aide for Ukrain – 2.3 Bn requested
It is not only consistency of these rollouts that is set to increase, but apparently the size of each, given that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Tuesday said that the US will soon announce a whopping more than $2.3 billion in new military aid for Ukraine.
“This package under presidential drawdown authority will provide new air defense interceptors, anti-tank weapons, and other critical munitions from US inventories,” Austin explained in a meeting with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov as they met at the Pentagon.
Klaus Schwab Describes The Data Model of His Penis After Being Accused of Playing Grab Ass

One female staffer claimed that Schwab even physically posed in a sexually suggestive manner in front of her, and told her he wanted to see her in a Hawaiian costume.
Schwab is also said to have told multiple women employees “I need to find you a man, and if I were not married, I would put myself on the top of that list.”
One of the staffers, Mryiam Boussina, stated “I knew he liked me and I knew he found me pretty,” adding “Every man with a lot of power, they think that they can get any woman and they are not ashamed.”
Another woman who worked for the WEF noted “There was a lot of pressure to be good-looking and wear tight dresses,” adding “Never in my career have I experienced looks being such an important topic as in the Forum.”
One of the strongest voices imploring Mr. Biden to resist pressure to drop out was his son Hunter Biden, whom the president has long leaned on for advice, said one of the people informed about the discussions, who, like others, spoke on condition of anonymity to share internal deliberations. Hunter Biden wants Americans to see the version of his father that he knows – scrappy and in command of the facts – rather than the stumbling, aging president Americans saw on Thursday night.
