Michigan AG Attorney Dana Darth Nessel is working hard to implement the Ministry of Truth as envisioned by SoS Jocelyn Benson. Benson established a program for citizens to report election misinformation, complete with a training program and materials so citizen can sign up to an Ambassador of Democracy.
Nessel’s office has issued a cease and desist letter claiming that discussion of poll locations is in violation of Michigan Election law where attempting to deter or influence a voters.
Nessel referenced the 2020 criminal charges against two political operatives who orchestrated a series of robocalls aimed at suppressing votes. The Michigan Supreme Court recently upheld a state statute that prohibits false speech made in an attempt to deter or influence a vote. The Attorney General has also prosecuted a number of threats against public servants, including the Governor, state representatives, and members of the judicial system. Additionally, she filed a lawsuit against the federal government over unlawful changes to the U.S. Postal Service’s operations that could have impacted the 2020 presidential election.

Pre-register Teens For Voting Encourages Election Fraud By The Way
Minnesota’s Democrat Gov. Tim Walz on Friday signed the “Democracy for the People Act” into law, a sweeping bill aimed at expanding access to the polls that includes long-sought after provisions from voting rights advocates.
The legislation implements automatic voter registration, allows 16- and 17-year-olds to pre-register to vote, and creates a permanent absentee voter list that will automatically send people who sign up a ballot each election.
“Today is a great day for Democracy,” Walz said. “The ballot is the most powerful thing we have. Your voice is in your ballot. And if you don’t have access to that or it’s made more difficult, your voice is stifled.”

As governor, Walz also has signed several pieces of legislation to provide state-funded health care, driver’s licenses and free college tuition to illegal migrants.
“Ensuring drivers in our state are licensed and carry insurance makes the roads safer for all Minnesotans,” Walz said in 2023 after signing the bill to allow thousands of illegal migrants in his state with driver’s licenses.
Walz: We Owe Illegals A Debt of Gratitude
“This nation owes [migrants] a debt of gratitude,” Walz said in a 2021 letter to the Democratic Leaders of the House and Senate. “Provide a clean pathway to citizenship for … Dreamers, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders, and their families,” he wrote.
He championed migrants as a moral and business cause in his 2022 election, claiming that his more cautious GOP rival “is 100 percent wrong morally, and he’s 100 percent wrong economically and culturally.”
Minnesota has a population of roughly 500,000 migrants, including at least 81,000 illegals.
Overall, migration has added roughly 330,000 migrant workers, or roughly one migrant worker for every 10 Minnesotans. The population has grown Harris’s peers in the Biden administration have added many thousands more since 2021.
Minnesota’s migrant households earn an average of $58,000 — often with multiple earners — which is far below the state-wide average of $90,400. Many of the households are poor because the often hard-working migrants are imported from culturally undeveloped, low-productivity nations, including Somalia, Burma, Ecuador, Laos, Kenya, and India.
