The Mystery Of the Portajohn Footprints
Back in 2015, at least 12 or so of the 42 vault toilet seats in Grand Teton National Park were broken while used toilet paper was often strewn across restroom floors instead of being properly disposed of, the outlet explained. All of these issues reportedly started happening shortly after U.S. tour buses started piling mostly Chinese tourists into America’s parks.
Apparently they do their business squatting — something I haven’t experienced in my travels to China and Hong Kong but okay. So when tourists would stand on the toilet seats to do their business, they’d break them, the outlet reported.
The Chinese Communist Party doesn’t allow its people to look up how things work in America, so this is simply a case of tourists just not knowing what they don’t know, Dallin theorized to Cowboy State Daily.

Destroying The 4th Amendment
New FISA provisions essentially destroy the 4th Amendment. Under Mike Johnson, the bill passed the House and is now waiting the Senate to vote.

Data brokers collect an obscene amount of data on everyone who uses the internet. The types of places we’re searching on Google Maps? Collected and sold. The type of content we read the most often? Collected and sold. The ads we don’t skip over? Collected and sold. Even key words we say in conversations that our phone mics pick up — collected and sold. Worse, we willingly give this information away every time we hit “accept all” on terms and conditions — terms and conditions we must accept to use pretty much any part of the internet.

If Mike Johnson truly believes the insane thing he says here -- that the U.S. is at war -- Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution requires him to declare it with a vote of Congress and be held accountable for the actions therein. Trump Trial And The Death of 1A
The judge presiding over former President Trump’s hush money trial in New York City announced he will hear arguments this month on whether Trump violated a gag order amid the case and should pay $1,000 fines for each violation.
Judge Juan Merchan said he will hear arguments on April 23 at 9:30 a.m. regarding whether Trump violated a gag order that prevents him from making public statements about witnesses and their anticipated testimony in the trial.
The Gag and the Goad: Trump Should Appeal Latest Gag Order
I was previously highly critical of the efforts of Smith to gag Trump before the election. In my view, the order issued by Judge Chutkan was unconstitutional. I have opposed gag orders in many cases for decades as inimical to constitutional free speech rights.
The barring of Trump from criticizing jurors or court staff (or family members) is largely uncontroversial. However, Cohen and Daniels have long been part of the political campaigns going back to 2016. Indeed, I was highly critical of Cohen when he was still the thuggish lawyer for Trump. He is now one of the loudest critics of his former client and has made continual media appearances, including on his expected appearance in this case.
My opposition to past gag orders was based on the constitutional right of defendants to criticize their prosecutions. Courts have gradually expanded both the scope and use of such orders. It has gone from being relatively rare to commonplace. However, the use to gag the leading candidate for the presidency in the final months of the campaign only magnifies those concerns.
Trump Judge Merchan Should Have Recused Himself
The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s New York criminal case, New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, is a Biden donor, Trump lawyer Jesse Binnall said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily.
Discussing the case involving Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who charged Trump with 34 felonies, accusing him of falsifying business records in relation to a “hush money” payment made to Stormy Daniels, Binnall reminded listeners that the entire case “is based on the word of Michael Cohen,” an “admitted perjurer.”
Trump Trial – Trump Must Be Present Each Day
Judge Juan Merchan told former President Donald Trump he must be in court next week—meaning Trump will not be present at the U.S. Supreme Court when it hears arguments about his claims of presidential immunity.
