Secret Service Agent Carjacked in CA
A Secret Service agent was robbed at gunpoint in California during President Biden’s visit to the state last weekend.

Military Draft Coming? House Passes Measure To Automatically Register Men For Selective Service
The House of Representatives passed a measure as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025 that would automatically register all draft-age male U.S. residents aged 18-26 with the Selective Service System, potentially subjecting them to a military draft in case of a future war declaration by Congress.
By far the most concerning and most relevant section of that War College essay for the average American citizen is a subsection entitled “Casualties, Replacements, and Reconstitutions” which directly states, “Large-scale combat operations troop requirements may well require a reconceptualization of the 1970s and 1980s volunteer force and a move toward partial conscription.”

1.6 Billion Spent on Long COVID Research Yields NOTHING
It’s been more than three years since Congress directed the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to investigate the long-term effects of COVID-19—and there are still no answers for the millions of Americans suffering from long COVID.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) launched the $1.15 billion RECOVER initiative in early 2021 to understand, prevent, and develop potential treatments for long COVID, but documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reveal that the goals outlined in contracts between the NIH and the institutions leading the research have not been met despite passing the deadline, and nearly all of the initial funding has already been allocated.
Experts have also pointed out structural issues in the NIH’s grant awarding process, which tends to favor researchers and institutions with prior NIH funding, potentially discouraging unique innovation and limiting the involvement of experts in post-infectious diseases most relevant to studying long COVID.

Houthi Drone Strike
Unconfirmed footage has surfaced on social media showing what appears to be the commodity-hauling bulk carrier “Tutor” under attack by a drone boat, allegedly controlled remotely by Iran-backed Houthi rebels in the Red Sea.
If verified, this incident would be the first known drone boat attack on a commercial vessel in the Red Sea since the Houthi rebels began their attacks on the critical maritime chokepoint in late 2023.
The footage shows the bulk carrier’s armed guards appearing confused as a small explosive-laden craft, possibly with mannequins on board, approaches the ship’s stern. The crew and guards are seen running inside moments before the drone boat strikes the vessel.

Bannon Speaks Out On Trump Felony
In a speech at Turning Point Action’s “The People’s Convention” in Detroit, former Trump advisor Steve Bannon warned that the left is determined to prevent Donald Trump from regaining the White House and plans to sentence him to “multiple years in prison” next month.
Bannon predicted, “You know on the 11th of July, they’re gonna sentence him for multiple years in prison. You understand that, right? They don’t care about this election, they don’t care how many votes we get. They’re gonna fight us every step of the way.”

The Pulaski County Prosecutor Will Jones has announced that no charges will be filed in the deadly March 19 early morning raid by federal agents on the home of Bryan Malinowski, the former executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas.
According to Jones, the use of deadly force by agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) was legal and justified when they fatally shot Malinowski, a gun collector, during the raid on his home.
The ATF had obtained a warrant to search Malinowski’s home for guns and evidence, believing he was selling firearms without a license and proper documentation. However, the decision to conduct a pre-dawn raid with a convoy of 10 law enforcement vehicles and agents holding automatic rifles has raised questions about the necessity of such a forceful approach.
