Rationed Beef: Meat Is Off The Menu

Plato's Republic: The Elite Do Not Want You Well Fed

Why are the elite so focused on our diet.  Looking to history we see they are not the first utopians to be so obsessed with what the masses ate.

The climate change crowd will tell you that in order to save the planet from being blanketed by CO2 from cow farts, we must stop eating meat.  But you must realize that this fixation is merely a cover for another aim:  the elite want you malnourished and unable to think.  The Great Erasure crowd is not the first to be obsessed with the consumption of meat.  In a sense you could say that the first Utopian was Plato, and in his work The Republic he describes the perfect society, run by philosopher kings.  At the time philosopher meant scientists, as many of whom we would call philosophers were truly polymaths, versed in mathematics and science of the time. Greece represented an explosion in intellectual development.

Plato writes that meat is a luxury, and that it should not be permitted.  Plato prescribed different diets for different castes in his utopian society.  Meat was reserved for the rulers – the philosopher kings.  Technocrats.

From his work:

Socrates: If we pursue our habit of eating animals, and if our neighbor follows a similar path, will we not have need to go to war against our neighbor to secure greater pasturage, because ours will not be enough to sustain us, and our neighbor will have a similar need to wage war on us for the same reason?

Glaucon: We would be so compelled.

Socrates: Would not these facts prevent us from achieving happiness, and therefore the conditions necessary to the building of a just society, if we pursue a desire to eat animals?

Glaucon: Yes, they would so prevent us.

Plato would write what the other castes should eat in his utopian society:

The work-people will live , I suppose, on barley and wheat, baking cakes of the meal and kneading loaves of the flour. And spreading these excellent cakes and loaves upon mats of straw or upon clean leaves …

You can clearly see the Climate Change mantra based in Plato’s words:  if we all ate meat, it would lead to over use of natural resources and to war.  Meat should be a delicacy, and reserved.  The work class caste should consume only wheat and grains.  Meat consumption causes aggression.  Harmony is to be achieved by restricting diet.

Meat is essential to keep the mind keen, sharp.  Brain development is adversely affected without meat, and to maintain a functional brain, minerals and nutrients from red meat is required.  Without meat, you have a weak, less intelligent group.  Deprived of meat, the brain suffers, and you can establish control.  Several studies indicate that in the proper proportions meat and protein from red meat improve cognition.  For example, in Kenya a study was conducted with 3 control groups, one fed meat soup, one fed soup made from milk, and then a soup with no protein.  The results indicated remaining on a meat diet:

“Surprisingly, the children who were given the soup containing meat each day seemed to have a significant edge.  By the end of the study, they outperformed all the other children on a test for non-verbal reasoning.”

Plato understood this, and also understood the requirements for raising cattle.  During his era of 427—347 B.C.E.,  land and agriculture limited who could garner the resources to raise animals for meat.  In addition, in order to maintain control over slaves you needed to keep their intellect constrained to certain levels.

Today the Great Erasure team clamors to end our dependence on meat because it is not sustainable, but this too is a false narrative.  Without red meat, we will not have the prowess nor intellect to resist.  A dumb population is a controllable population.  While this is not meant to be an attack on veganism, recommendations of bugs and synthetic meats from lab proteins formed from chemical stews is not a sound nutritional substitute.  When the body does not have enough cholesterol in the diet it will begin to digest its own tissues, including the brain which is composed primarily of cholesterol.

Human brain development did not occur until they became carnivores.  There is a direct correlation between the onset of hunting and the dramatic increase in our cranial capacity.  Our intelligence increased as we consumed more red meat.  Without protein, our brains would have remained small.  It is a simple factor of the amount of time you would have to spend chewing nutrition from roots, not to mention the amount of food you would have to consume, to replace the level of nutrition required to support brains at our current size.

According to Harvard University evolutionary biologists Katherine Zink and Daniel Lieberman, the authors of the Nature paper, proto-humans eating enough root food to stay alive would have had to go through up to 15 million “chewing cycles” a year.

This is where meat stepped—and ran and scurried—in to save the day. Prey that has been killed and then prepared either by slicing, pounding or flaking provides a much more calorie-rich meal with much less chewing than root foods do, boosting nutrient levels overall. (Cooking, which would have made things easier still, did not come into vogue until 500,000 years ago.)

So what Plato recommended to avoid war and aggression and what the perpetrators of the Great Reset and Climate Change cult push to save the planet for CO2 “poisoning” ultimately seek to change your cognitive capabilities.  And they do so with the conviction of cult leaders.  But it is ultimately for complete control.
